Tailored consulting and integration · Executives and leadership teams

An AI environment built around the way you lead.

We start from your real routines — meetings, trade-offs, reading, follow-ups — to get the most out of the tools and subscriptions you already have, such as Claude or ChatGPT. No extra software: a memory that connects your meetings, calmer preparation, and time back for what matters.

  • Your current tools and subscriptions
  • A memory that belongs to you
  • Your decisions stay yours

In practice

A high-stakes committee, from preparation to follow-up.

A meeting summary is not enough. What makes the difference is connecting meetings to one another: arriving prepared, losing nothing between appointments, and seeing what drifts in the weeks that follow. An example of what we could configure, not a product.

Arrive with a strategy, not just a file

The preparation note draws on the memory of your exchanges: how the topic has evolved, what each person has already said, and the tough questions likely to come up. A challenging perspective before the meeting rather than during it.

Preparation — investment committee Fictional content

Topic history

  • Discussed in three meetings since June; the scope was narrowed in July.

Positions already stated

  • Finance — supportive if the timeline is phased.
  • Independent director — had asked for a risk analysis, not yet sent.

Likely tough questions

  • Why now rather than next financial year?
  • What happens if hiring falls behind schedule?

Objective and fallback

  • Secure an agreement in principle; failing that, a mandate to refine the proposal.

Illustrative scenario and fictional content. The actual scope depends on your tools, your data, your internal rules and the consent of participants.

Your tools, better connected

You already pay for the right tools. We make them work together.

No additional software to adopt. We start from your subscriptions and your company’s tools, and build what they often lack: a shared memory, organized around you.

  1. Capture

    Record effortlessly

Built-in transcription in Teams, Meet or Zoom for video calls, your phone’s recorder for in-person meetings, voice notes between appointments.

    Interchangeable
  2. Memory

A reference that belongs to you

Text files organized by person, topic and decision, in Obsidian or in your company’s document space (SharePoint, Drive, Notion).

    Yours
  3. Processing

    Your AI subscription, fully used

Projects, instructions, specialized assistants, connectors and scheduled tasks in Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini, or in a local environment if your requirements call for it.

    Configured for you
  4. Delivery

In the format of your days

Short notes, audio briefings to listen to between meetings, follow-ups ready to approve. The text remains the reference record.

    Subject to your approval

Cloud, local or both: a choice based on your requirements.

We are not tied to any vendor. Processing is designed to measure, according to how sensitive the information is and your company’s policy.

  • Cloud services

    Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Mistral

The most capable models, with no infrastructure to manage. Commitments on how your data is used depend on the plan you subscribe to: we review them with you.

  • Local processing

On your servers or a dedicated machine

Open models running in-house, with tools such as AnythingLLM, Ollama or a Hermes-type agent: sensitive data never leaves your infrastructure. The trade-off is more limited capabilities and maintenance to plan for.

  • Hybrid approach

Each piece of information in the right place

Local for the most sensitive topics, such as HR files, mergers and acquisitions or negotiations, and cloud for everything else. Often the best balance.

Our principle: the capture tool is interchangeable, the memory belongs to you, and AI is only the processing layer.

Available features depend on your subscription and your company’s policy; we check them during the assessment.

Our approach

A method shaped around your work.

We don’t start from a feature catalog, but from your calendar, your trade-offs and your sources of information.

  1. Routine assessment

Interviews and a look at your typical week: recurring meetings, information you often search for, follow-ups that take up your time. We identify where AI brings clear value — and where it doesn’t.

You get a map of your routines and a prioritized selection of use cases.

  2. AI environment setup

Implementation in your existing tools: the capture, memory, processing and delivery chain, then projects, instructions, assistants, connectors and, where relevant, automations. We review access and privacy settings with you.

You get a working, documented environment that you understand and control.

  3. Adjustments and follow-up

The first weeks of use reveal what works. We refine instructions, remove what isn’t useful and evolve the system with your priorities.

You get a system that stays useful over time, at the pace of your business.

What this service is not

  • Generic AI training
  • Proprietary software to adopt
  • A replacement for your assistant or your teams

What we can configure

Building blocks chosen for your needs, not an imposed package.

Each element is an option. We keep only what serves your routines; an effective environment can be just two or three well-tuned building blocks.

  • Projects and assistants

Dedicated spaces for your major topics and specialized assistants with precise instructions: board preparation, tracking a key hire, investor relations.

    As needed
  • Knowledge and documents

A knowledge base structured by person, topic and decision, fed automatically, for answers grounded in your context rather than in generalities.

    As needed
  • Meetings and minutes

Preparation notes, post-meeting summaries, extraction of decisions and commitments, in the format you already use.

    As needed
  • Connectors

Links to your calendar, email, shared folders or business tools, with access limited to what is necessary.

    As needed
  • Routines and automations

Scheduled briefings, follow-up reminders, recurring preparation — only when automation brings clear value and remains under your control.

    Where relevant
  • Audio briefings

Summaries of a few minutes to listen to between appointments or on the road, instead of long minutes to reread.

    As needed

Privacy and control

You stay in control of access, data and decisions.

An executive’s AI environment touches sensitive information. Privacy is part of the design, from the assessment onward.

  • Appropriate access

Each connector gets only the rights needed for its intended use. We favor read-only access whenever it is sufficient and document what is connected.

  • Choosing which data is used

You decide which sources feed your environment and which stay out. We review the privacy settings of the selected tools with you and, if needed, propose local processing for the most sensitive information.

  • Human approval

Important actions — sending a message, sharing a document, changing a calendar — remain subject to your approval. AI prepares; you decide.

  • Consent to recording

Recording a meeting means informing participants and obtaining their agreement; the law regulates this strictly. For one-to-one meetings, we often suggest a debrief dictated right after the conversation rather than a recording.

We review the setup with you and, where needed, with your IT or legal teams. We do not issue certifications and do not replace your advisers’ opinion on regulatory matters.

Who it’s for

For executives and their leadership team.

Scale-up, SME, mid-market company or large group: company size matters less than the way you work. Days made of meetings, decisions to track, a lot of information to absorb. In large organizations, we work within the tools approved by your IT department.

CEO

Chief executive

  • Prepare committees and the board with positions already stated, likely tough questions and consistency with what has been announced.
  • Track commitments made to teams, partners and investors, without letting them get lost between meetings.

CFO

Finance

  • Prepare discussions with banks, auditors or investors by anticipating their questions based on those already asked and the answers given.
  • Draft reporting commentary from your analyses, which you review and approve before distribution.

CTO

Technology

  • Approve the setup with confidence thanks to clear documentation of access, connectors and data used, for a quick security review with no black box.
  • Prepare roadmap trade-offs with the history of architecture decisions and their rationale.

And the other members of the leadership team: HR, operations, sales…

With your executive assistant. If you work as a pair, the environment can be shared: they prepare, filter and follow up with the same tools. The goal is to equip this pair, not to replace it.

A possible next step

And then, your leadership team.

Once the executive’s environment has proven itself, it can extend to the leadership team: a shared memory of decisions and commitments, shared committee preparation, follow-up everyone can consult. A possible extension, never a prerequisite.

First conversation

Let’s talk about the way you work.

A first conversation to understand your routines, your tools and what you would like to lighten. No commitment, and no sales demo of a product.

  • Your priorities and constraints
  • The tools already in place in your company
  • The use cases that could bring you the most value
